At Inti Candles, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely and on time.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from the United States.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our studio.
Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Page within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damaged product(s). We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost Packages:
Once the package has been shipped, delivery is handled by UPS or USPS. If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you open a case with the carrier.
