Because our products are handmade and designed for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
However, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@myinticandles.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
After reviewing your case, we’ll be happy to replace the damaged item or issue a refund if the damage occurred during transit.
Please note that:
